Charles Abraham

It is to this end that I have decided to dedicate as much of my time to supporting your technology development while seeking equity investments to support the "Regional Agricultural Village" or RAV.  I truly believe that the RAV is one possible solution to improving the quantity and quality of food produced in America while providing it to the public at affordable prices and in the process re-define big agriculture.  Food is a form of energy and the ability to produce it with little or no reliance on fossil fuels is important for the nation and our future generations.

Tom Joscelyn

Larry has an amazing record of achievements. He is wonderful to talk to. I cannot wait until I have the opportunity to work with him on an up-coming project. Thank you for letting me be a part of your world.

Frederic Vellieux

Chateaubriand Research Fellow

Larry came to work with me on a Chateaubriand fellowship he secured from the Science Department at the French Embassy in Washington DC (Y2K). He wanted to crystallise and solve the 3D structure of IL-7 but that did not work out. So we worked together on the structure determination of the pyruvate phosphate dikinase from T. brucei, and on the halophilic malate dehydrogenase from Haloarcula marismortui. Good team person to work with, and we managed to publish 3 papers regarding his work here that lasted for 12 months. Very productive indeed.

Senator James Stewart (R-Oneonta)

A start-up biotechnology company is establishing a business incubator at Greenville High School, in what’s being hailed as a groundbreaking move that will enhance the relationship between educators and entrepreneurs.

C2 Biotechnologies, established in 2006, will use the school’s agriculture room as a base for its research and development of enzymes used in the conversion of biomass into energy.

"We need to think outside of the box,” Sen. James Seward, R-Oneonta, said about stimulating economic development and job creation in tough financial times. The incubator, he said, will bring all of the stakeholders together.
