C2 Biotechnologies is a small company with low overhead.

Low overhead is a key to financial success. 

Overhead is an accounting term that measures the cost of all ongoing business expenses not including or related to direct labor, direct materials or third party expenses that are billed directly to a client.  Overhead must be paid for on an ongoing basis and is important for budgeting purposes because it partially determines how much a company must charge for its products or services.

We use a phased approach to solve problems.  One operation can be conducted and others integrated over time as a client sees return on their investment.  This reduces the initial financial commitment and allows the client to experience the benefits of this approach before constructing an entire concept.  It also allow us to bring in or subcontract skill sets as needed, another financial control.  This is how we build relationships.
